Due regard on the results of the Legal Due Diligence on Freehold certificate of the land No. ../Pecatu measuring 10400 M2, we would like to present a summary of the legal due diligence results which consists of findings as follows:

C. Zoning of the location
Based on our checking with the Badung Regency Public Works and Spatial Planning Office (Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Badung) the location of the land is in the zoning of the Zona Pertanian Holtikultura (P-2) / Horticultural Agriculture Zone (P-2).
Horticultural Agricultural zoneis a space designation developed to accommodate activities related to the exploitation and cultivation of certain plants, feeding, cages, and animal rearing for personal or commercial purposes.
Under the zoning of Zona Pertanian Holtikultura (P-2) / Horticultural Agriculture Zone (P-2) it is possible to build a single house/villa with the provision that the space utilization intensity on the land is 20% (maximum KDB).
